This is a three storey apartment building influenced by the style of constructivism. Designed by a renowned Estonian architect Johan Edgar Kuusik and built in two stages during 1936 and 1947. During the reconstruction in 2013, we kept in mind the authenticity, historical elements and architectural characteristics of the house. The historical stone slabs, handrails and stairs were preserved. The profiles of wooden windows, exterior doors and wooden cornices were replaced with details close to the original.
