Matt Tilk, a member of the management board at Perton Ehitus, brought down the wreath from Arte Galeriimaja’s roof, thus opening the rafter party celebrations.

In next couple of days Arte Galeriimaja will be topped out with its roof, and construction with reach the stage where its main focus shifts from the exterior to interior works.
