The revival of the Vabriku 59 historic building is a multifaceted process but we can say that the construction work  is in full swing. Restoration requires diligence and accuracy. For now, we have completed the cleaning of the old building, and all the peculiarities of the house have been discovered by us. The construction as a whole has been cleaned of unnecessary extras.

According to today's demand, we have taken into account the wishes of future residents. That is why we have built a separate concrete room for storage on the basement floor, and in order to ensure a better quality of life, we decided to replace the second floor with a new one during the design process. In this way, we can ensure better thermal insulation of the external walls and create additional space and bring in more light to future homes compared to the Soviet-era plans.

We are currently working on removing the second floor of the construction. We plan to have a roof on Vabriku 59 by mid-summer. The tasteful interior and lovely courtyard/ playground will be ready by the time of romantic autumn leaves arrival and Vabriku 59 will be ready to move in by the end of the year.
