Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Home Sales Representative to join our team.  If you are passionate about real estate and enjoy engaging with clients, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively sell homes built by Perton Ehitus with the support of our team.
  • Maintain active communication with home buyers, fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Conduct sales negotiations, prepare transactions, and conclude contracts.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment and aims to earn more than a typical real estate agent.
  • Views sales work as an exciting challenge rather than a mere obligation.
  • Is results-oriented and motivated by the opportunity to increase earnings month over month.
  • Excels in closing deals with both elegance and decisiveness.
  • Works well as part of a team, closely collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in active sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in Estonian, with excellent written and spoken skills, and capable of communicating in English and Russian.
  • Demonstrates initiative and responsibility.
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve success.
