On August 18th the project manager of Wismari 31 had a reason to climb to the roof – Milieu Building celebrated the rafter party.
According to the cutoms of Estonian national building the rafter party was held, when the construction works of the roof started – the builders took a wreath to the rafters. That was a sign for the owner of the house to treat the builders appropriately. A dignified rafter party brings good luck to the building and ensures good relations with the sprit of the house.
Traditionally the owner of the private house brings down the wreath, but in development projects it is the project manager to carry this honour. Just like last year in Valgevase 9b property, Heiki Tamp brought down the wreath from Wismari 31.
Greeting acknowledgements were conveyed by the construction manager Matti Tilk, who thanked all the builders, constructors and architects. The team members of another Perton project, Hermann’s House, also joined he celebration.
Rafter party signalled the end of wall constructions; roof works and communication system building will continue.
You still have the opportunity to purchase a home at Wismari 31– we have two 4-room apartments over 100 m2 available. Both apartments have south-side balconies and terraces.
In fall it is possible to get acquainted with an example apartment, and the house will be finised by the end of the year.
