We happily invite you to the unveiling of the Arte Galeriimaja (Telliskivi 49) show apartment on November 13th between 12:00 and 19:00. For the first time in the history of Perton Ehitus, we have finished the building’s vestibule with the show apartment. The distinctive green wall of the vestibule creates a natural and warm atmosphere, tying together liberal Telliskivi and lush Pelgulinna.
The show apartment is a 41.5 m² two-room apartment with a 4.7 m² balcony. The interior finish is based on the Classic package, which is characterized by brightness and naturalness and is given warmth by a natural oak-shade floor. We will also be presenting our offered built-in furniture and equipment options (the package includes the entryway wardrobe and kitchen furniture with a sink, tap, and integrated kitchen appliances).
We will be offering the “Smart door” solution to those who make the decision to purchase at the open house.
