Tallinn Department of Urban Planning acknowledged the builders, owners, and architects of the best renovated buildings.
These prizes have been handed out for more than 10 years with the purpose of thanking the owners of historical monuments, who have taken good care of their buildings. This year, projects of 2015 were acknowledged.
Perton Ehitus received the acknowledgement from Tallinn Department of Urban Planning for renovating buildings on Luise 27/1 and 27/2.
These award winning houses in the greenery of Kassisaba are decorated with wooden ornaments. Both buildings are fully reconstructed on the inside and outside. The interior solutions are inspired by the historical architecture of the buildings.
A harmonious combination of living spaces was created by renovating these houses. The colours are characteristic to the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century suburban street milieu. Characteristically to Kassisaba district, there is a spacious green courtyard surrounded by limestone walls and wooden fences with a parking lot and children’s playground.
