At the end of May, the Department of Urban Planning in Tallinn acknowledged the owners, builders and planners of buildings that were renovated in an exceptionally good manner.
The heritage board brought attention to companies that had dedicated their efforts to restore valuable building ensembles in accordance with the surrounding milieu.
Perton Ehitus received the „Best Renovated Building in the area of Cultural and Environmental value, 2016“ for renovating the building on Kunderi 25. It was the second year in a row to be recognized like this, the previous acknowledgment came for renovating the Luise 27 building ensemble.
The apartment building on Kunderi 25 is a fully renovated wooden house at the meeting point of the city centre and Kadriorg. The finishing touches follow three keywords: Scandinavia, romance and modernism. Each apartment is unique and different, true to the history of the building with an enjoyable aura.
The needs of all family members have been considered when planning the apartments. There is a lovely balance between spacious common rooms and private bedrooms in interior planning. The closed courtyard is cosy and safe with a playground, lawn, and parking space.
