During the second stage of renovations in Soo 19 residential building and courtyard, we were mainly following the historical appearance of the building and appropriate constructional solutions befitting the area. The upper part of the building is made of logs and the intermediate ceilings are wooden. During the renovations we installed wooden windows, which open to the outside, and resemble more closely the original plan 110 years ago. There is a large lawn space on the southside of the house with a cherry tree orchard and children's playground, both contributing to the homey feeling of the property.
