The vestibule and the show apartment of Arte Galeriimaja were completed at the beginning of November, which created a real finished-building feeling. In reality, the works will continue until Spring 2019.

By now we have reached to the interior decoration works on the first floor – the oak or light oak imitation LVT has already been laid on floors in accordance to the chosen interior decoration package and the walls are being painted right now. The apartments on the second and third floor are also taking shape. And the drywalls are being built on the 4rth floor, where the selection of available apartments is the widest (there are 6 apartments still available).

Arte Galeriimaja has a raised 1st floor which gives more privacy for the people living there. On the lower ground floor, there will be half open garage, which is also the reason behind the large hole in front of the building right now – we’re doing preparations for concrete work on the entrance door leading to the garage.

Arte Galeriimaja will soon look at its best – the works on the facade are due to finish within the planned timeline and by mid-December, all the scaffolding will be taken down.
