The scaffolding is still around the house, but the clinker brick and tile façade is nearly finished. All the windows are installed and the exterior is done when the decorative window frames are put in.
The apartments’ interior walls are being fixed; the gypsum board ceilings and cornices have started to be built. Painting works are on the way in the whole house.
One three-room show apartment is already finished on the second floor, which everybody can come and see for themselves. We had the first client day in the show apartment and visitors’ feedback was very positive – now we have only 13 apartments left out of 38. The house will be completed in the first months of the new year.
