The exterior of the Vabriku 59 will soon be finished – the work on the facade should be completed as planned during this month and the final look of the building will be visible to everyone. We have also started working on the roof and it will be completed by the end of this month as well.
Workmen are busy inside the building too. The partitions are ready, the installation of wires and pipes is mostly completed. On the ground floor the ceramic tiled floors are being laid for bathrooms and toilets.
In the spacious and sunny courtyard we have started to lay the paving stones and soon it is time to turn to landscaping.
The construction work is progressing on schedule! The building will be completed in December 2021!
If you want to live in a nice and comfortable historical Kalamaja building with a spacious yard, then hurry – only 25% of the apartments are left!
