Ao 2 new homes have all the utilities in place and finishing works on the way. Interior doors, floors and sanitary equipment are being installed.
Floor tiling and wall painting works are in completion phase in the corridors and the foyer. The elevator will be installed by the end of February to service all the inhabitants comfortably from basement to the fifth floor.
February also marks the end of the façade works. Part of the clinker brick wall can be seen on the Paldiski road side, where the cover has already been taken off.
One of the added values in the Hermanni Maja are the glazed south-side balconies, where the sunny space can be used as a wintergarden in the colder seasons. The gliding windows system will be fitted in the next few days.
