Approaching spring brings the completion of Hermann’s House. The exterior of the house has a new facade, decorated with window panes and French balcony boarders. Balcony windows are being put in place to make them cosy south-side winter-gardens, and the interior works are well on the way.
Ao2 new apartments are receiving the floorboards and sinked-in spotlights. Soon the lighting will be installed in the common areas of the house, the stairwells, corridors, and vestibule, all construction works are to be completed by the end of March.
The installation of sanitary equipment is in completion phase. Saunas have all the woodworks done and stylish Estonian made HUUM Drop heaters being installed, with the option of smart-app remote control for the VIP finishing package.
The first apartments are already finished and are being cleaned up. The owners will receive the keys by the end of the month after the apartments have been checked by construction supervision.
