The construction works of the six commercial premises and storage rooms on the first floor facing Paldiski Road are about to be completed. On the same ground behind the house, the first floor will comprise of eight parking places.
The structures of the intermediate ceiling of the first floor will be reinforced and poured in July. The hollow panel structures will be installed in two stages in the first half of July. This will create a base for the structures of the second floor. The wall elements of the second floor will be mounted starting from the second half of July.
Concrete wall and ceiling constructions will provide sound and heat isolation and extend the usage of the building.
The basement cement floors will be poured in the middle of July. By now all the piping works are done and the crushed stone filling is laid under the floor.
There are also storage spaces on the underground enclosed parking level and residents can access all floors by the elevator. This makes it easy to reach your destination even with a baby carriage, shopping bags or suitcases.
