Building at the heart of historical Kalamaja area. There are eight apartments with different size and floorplans in the residential building, which was built in the beginning of the 20th century. During full reconstruction, we tried to keep the façade as close as to the original as possible. We renovated the Lender-type house and re-used historical doors, rafter tops, cornices, silver plates, the rounded façade window and other decorative elements of the era.
