Wismari 47 is one of the oldest buildings on the street and in the area. The floorspace of the building, which originally had the winch device in the attic, has remained the same. Hoists and ropes stored in the attic were replaced by inhabitants. The building was fully reconstructed into a comfortable two-family house in 2012 with a spacious green courtyard. It is located in the quiet heart of Kassisaba district offering a peaceful living environment.
