Three storey apartment building on an inner quarter street. The building was initially a bakery and received its contemporary appearance in 2011. The history of the building can be seen in the accentuated parts of limestone and metal in the hallway and inside the apartments.
This building was originally established by a baker Aleksander Varbola and it is unique in the city centre. It houses homes for 4 families.
