During the reconstruction of Soo 17/Vana-Kalamaja 27, we were following the historical appearance of the building and appropriate constructional solutions befitting the area. The building has a central staircase made of stone and intermediate ceilings and walls made of wood. During the renovations we installed wooden windows, which open to the outside, and resemble more closely the original plan 110 years ago. We preserved the wood board floors and wooden cornices by the walls.
