Luise street is one of the few fully preserved wooden quarters in the centre. Luise 27/1 building with its lush green environment creates a safe and homely feeling. This small house with four apartments has a rich wooden decor and a blue facade unique to the neighbourhood. The building has a spacious courtyard with tall trees typical of the Kassisaba district.
