This six storey terraced residential building at the heart of Tallinn is an outstanding example of modern architecture, and belongs to the ensemble of buildings inspired by Art Noveau, traditionalism of the 1930s, and subsequent modernism.
The architectural solution, plans and interior design comply with the atmosphere of the area and offer a modern expression to the national culture of the early 20th century.
