What made the decision making even easier was the fact that we wished for an apartment with a south-facing balcony and we found one in Hermanni Maja waiting for us. The sales process ran smoothly, the communiaction with the sales team was always prompt and relevant. Today we have been in the apartment for just over a year and we can’t find any faults with the construction quality. We understand that small faults might occur in the new builds but Perton has always fixed them quickly.“
