Katze Maja is situated in a cozy private courtyard in Kassisaba, surrounded by urban greenery. It’s an oasis of silence and peace, just a short walk from the city centre.
Building’s design was inspired by the Kassisaba district. Lovely wooden houses, courtyards filled with greenery and a friendly and open atmosphere create Kassisaba’s distinct sense of community. Toompea’s immediate proximity adds to the area’s stature. The exterior of the new Katze House is characterized by warm tones and natural yet high-quality materials. A touch of modern architecture and dignified elegance are added by the diagonal wood lines on the exterior facade – like the “Z” in Katze!
