Residential building with 10-apartments from the First Republic era in the Kristiine district, which was fully reconstructed in 2013. The building was designed by a renowed architect Karl Tarvas in 1936 and constructed in 1937. The residential building is well preserved and a great example of a Tallinn-type house.
The main idea was to minimally change the facade of the building, so that the general appearance could be retained. We preserved the original staircases and historical stone slabs, handrails and stairs, focusing more on rearranging not on complete reconstruction.
